Refund and Cancellation

Purchases made on OnInvoice are based on credits that can be used to send documents through our API. Once credits are purchased, they are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any unused credits will remain in your account until fully utilized. Refunds will not be issued for partially used or unused credits.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may revise and update this privacy policy from time to time if necessary. Any changes will be notified and shall be effective upon publication on our website. By the continue using of our services after any changes to this Privacy Policy, you are agreed to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
